Yesterday morning was going pretty well. I was just chilling around the house. Then the human got home. Boy was I excited! He could totally feed me! But did he? Oh no.
Instead, he picks me up and puts me in the plastic cage. What the hell was he thinking? I tried to get out, but I couldn't. I knew where this was going—the vet.
Once we got going, it wasn't so bad. It's not like I get to be outside all that often. It was a nice, sunny day, and we had to walk a while to the bus stop. Then we got on the bus, which was kinda neat. We were going pretty fast! And I got to see a lake, which was something I'd never seen before.
Eventually we got off the bus and walked the rest of the way to the vet. This wasn't going to be so bad, I thought. Then we get there, and there was the biggest dog I'd ever seen! Boy was I mad! Then the dog left, but you could still hear a lot of them off in the distance. This was not my kind of place!
Eventually I was taken into the examination room, and it was scary! I tried to tunnel into my human's armpit, and he pet me. It didn't really make me feel better, though. Then the doctor came in and started poking and prodding about me. Eventually, he stuck a needle in my neck. OW! But after a few more minutes, that was it! I went back into the plastic cage and fell asleep for the rest of the way home. When I got home, though, I got all sorts of treats. That night, I even got some turkey!
All in all, I suppose it wasn't that bad. Next time, though, it would be nice to eat first.

Today I spent time with the Female human. She smells vaguely like the Human so while he's gone, she has to do, really. She's warm and much closer to my size and very affectionate so in a pinch she's fine for napping on or near.
However, this afternoon I noticed her appalling lack of grooming skills and decided to take matters into my own paws. While she sat on the couch reading my blog (of course, what else would she possibly want to read?!) I decided to groom her, which she surprisingly seemed to dislike. No matter, however, I can move, so when she squirmed and moved away, I simply moved across the couch and continued licking her head. She seemed very annoyed, and eventually I went back to licking myself since she was so ungrateful.
Then, I ate a slice of turkey from her sandwich and fell asleep in the kitchen.

Because I know you just can't get enough baby pictures of me...

As promised, here's the picture I found of a Ragamuffin kitty who looks a lot like me!
...and here's an old photo of me.
See? Neat, huh?

Ever since I was born, my human and I have been trying to figure out what breed I am. So after stumbling across another cat's blog and being introduced to a name for a breed I hadn't heard before, I looked around and discovered that I'm a Ragamuffin!
Looking around on the descriptions of us is pretty neat; I apparently behave like most other Ragamuffins. And I even found a photo of a Ragamuffin that looked almost exactly like me! This is really neat! I'll post one of the pictures I found later tonight.
This morning I decided to sit on the couch. It felt quite comfortable, so I continued to sit there for a while, occasionally licking myself.
Last night I fell asleep at the keyboard on my human's chest. I think at first he was annoyed because he couldn't really move or type well or anything, but then he fell asleep.
I was having this really nice dream where I was ginormous, and the humans were really small, and I was able to hunt them and eat them. I like those dreams...
It turns out the human has a lot of pictures of me, going all the way back to when I was just a little kitten!
This one was when I was about five-and-a-half weeks old. The human had just gotten me, and had the other human over, as well as the spikey-haired guy. They were all watching Star Trek, and I fell asleep in the human's hand. I don't really fit in his hand anymore, though.

There was another large truck that just went through the alleyway. They make loud noises, and I don't like them. I stayed in the hallway for a bit thinking about how nice it will be once we move and I don't have to deal with that any more.
On a good note, I've been finding other cats on Blogger! I hope they'll all be friends with me. It's been a while since I've talked with other cats.
If the human dies, I'm totally eating his eyeballs. I wonder how long humans live...
I'm just trying out a new Dashboard widget that the human downloaded for me that's supposed to let me post new entries.
I just knocked over something in the bathroom. It kinda scared me, but then I started licking myself again and everything was better. The humans seemed kinda worried, but whatever.
Meow meow, meow. Meow meow meow meow, meow meow meow.
